Some of these projects are the following:

1. Manufacture of a sewerage system as well as a system for the rainwater.

2. Manufacture of a camping area at the entrance of the community that will include special places for kebab cooking and various other spaces of common utilities.

3. Renovation of the old traditional houses for the maintenance of the popular architecture.

4. The streets inside the village will be paved with flagstones.

5. Extension of the road lighting.

6. Creation of a nature path that will lead to "Paliomylos" waterfall.
